Chapin Hills Chapin Hills

Timber

Forests tended patiently, across generations.

A forest keeps its own calendar, and it is a long one. We thin with care, harvest rarely, and replant always — for people we may never meet.

In return, the woods hold the hillsides together, shade the creeks, and smell like rain even in August. A fair trade, we think.

A forest doesn't think in years, and neither do we here. Thin gently, plant ahead, and let the canopy set the pace.
