2) Confirm your order.
Reply with item + pounds + grade (#1/#2) + pack size (1 lb · 5 lb · case) and pickup/delivery choice.
Hold window: we’ll hold for 2 hours once confirmed.

3) Get it when you need it.
Delivery Tue/Thu early-AM (King & Snohomish) or pickup in Edmonds 10–6.
Cutoff: 9:00 AM for same-route delivery.
Invoicing: emailed; terms for approved accounts (optional).

Food safety: Wild mushrooms must be cooked thoroughly before service.
